Downloads:

Internet Explorer: Right Click on the file and choose "Save Target As"
Netscape or FireFox: Right Click on the file and choose "Save Link As"

RCM GUI V2:
Download the program and save it to your hardrive. When the download is complete, unzip the file, double click on the folder called "Volume" and then double click on "setup.exe".
