The demo requires that you allow a small active x file to load; and the National Instruments Run Time engine to be installed. Once you have completed the downloads the first time, it will not be required for your next visits. Please allow the active x file to load when prompted on the popup notification window under your url window.



Please allow the active x file to load and allow the National Instruments Run Time engine to be Installed. Follow the instructions from National Instruments on loading the National Instruments Run Time engine.



Once the active x file and the NI Run Time engine have been loaded you must reboot your computer for the remote monitor demo operate. You only need to do this once. After your reboot, the monitor will be available instantly when you connect. Upon completion of reboot continue to the carrier monitor interface. The browser window will turn white and your browser window will begin to connect to the remote carrier monitor. Once the DTI interface is up on your computer click on the display area, then simply right click and click "take control" from the drop down menu. You are now free to use most features on our RCM browser version.

Please note that all networks are different, your network may have security or firewall settings that may prevent you from establishing a connection. If this is the case please contact us for demonstration software.
